Abstract
A historic-literary and critical panorama on the autor of the work introducesthis study of the Classical tradition in the Hernandia. It examines the presence,character and function of the greek-latin themes with regard to poetictheory, the concept of heroism, historic factors, the vision over the Mexicans,landscape descriptions, the mythical datability of time and the genderscenes.
